Key Responsibilities

  • •Own supply chain execution for assigned projects from 70% handoff through fulfillment completion.
  • •Represent Supply Chain in project handoff reviews (70%, 90%, 100%), identifying risks across BOM alignment, NPI status, domestic content, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • •Ensure accurate planning, allocation, and governance in Anaplan and ERP systems, including data integrity across master data and flows.
  • •Drive supplier On-Time Shipment (OTS) performance and manage PO vs. SO variances to align supply with demand.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally to mitigate delivery risks and improve operational excellence through standardized, lean process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •8–12+ years of supply chain, planning, or operations experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain execution for complex projects.
  • •Strong planning systems expertise (Anaplan preferred) and ERP platforms.
  • •Experience driving supplier performance (OTS) and project delivery metrics (OTD), including BOM/NPI and lead-time understanding.
