Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively originate and support debt financing opportunities across leveraged finance transactions (e.g., LBOs, recapitalisations, refinancings, add-on financings).
  • •Lead or support pitches, discussions, and negotiations with sponsors, advisers, and clients.
  • •Manage and lead deal teams and guide junior team members through complex transaction processes.
  • •Perform in-depth due diligence and build detailed financial models (including sensitivity analysis) to deliver robust credit facilities.
  • •Review and monitor ongoing financial performance of portfolio assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Good experience in sponsored leveraged finance, corporate acquisition finance, M&A, or corporate finance environments.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, with experience analysing and summarising high volumes of transactional information under time pressure.
  • •Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of risk management and experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory processes for self and others.
