Key Responsibilities

  • •Support GMNS to identify new product/service or material business changes that should be governed under relevant policies and standards.
  • •Create and execute the GMNS framework to categorize and risk-assess changes under appropriate policies and standards.
  • •Aid implementation of risk assessment approaches for changes, considering strategic, operational, and compliance risks, including new and emerging risks.
  • •Continuously enhance change risk assessment frameworks, including methodology, governance standards, risk taxonomy, and decision criteria.
  • •Partner across business units to identify emerging risks early, support governance forums, track mitigation actions, and report portfolio health and key risk themes to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in operational risk management within Risk and/or Internal Audit.
  • •Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Experience in process governance aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards.
  • •Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
  • •Experience in financial services or performing operational risk identification, risk assessment/testing, and control monitoring.
