Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend solutions by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and services.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Engage in outside sales activities and cross-sell to existing customers while meeting/exceeding customer experience and production goals.
  • •Process teller transactions and support risk and policy adherence, including confidentiality and training for retail procedures to mitigate fraud and exposure.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures and use good judgment to make sound decisions.
  • •Ability to professionally represent the bank through appearance and verbal/written communication.
