Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and lead learning project meetings, drive deliverables to successful completion while maintaining timelines, and provide detailed follow up.
  • •Oversee program registration/engagement and flag where strategic focus is needed for enhancements and improvements.
  • •Manage learning projects including budget, timelines, LMS, contracts, communications, and learner engagement strategies.
  • •Source, negotiate, and execute hotel/vendor contracts for in-person training programs and training partnerships.
  • •Provide change management, communicate project deliverables to stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional impacts across programs.

  • •Experience in applying marketing principles (branding, audience segmentation, communication) to enhance learner engagement and program adoption.
