Serve as Trusted Advisor to stakeholders up to C-level, run solutioning and workshops, and define enterprise target architectures and technical specifications. Own technical quality across multi-module implementations (e.g., ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB) while mentoring senior and junior consultants and supporting pre-sales activities.
