Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety rules and site procedures are followed and act as a safety stakeholder for teams and external contractors.
  • •Lead production teams daily: run task allocation by fabrication priorities and manage work schedules and absences to maintain continuity.
  • •Coordinate production activities to respect the production program, track fabrication progress, and adjust resources based on priorities.
  • •Handle production issues and respond quickly during emergencies while ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and customer commitments.
  • •Guarantee product quality by enforcing procedures, controls, and STRADAL standards; contribute to continuous improvement of site performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training from Bac to Bac+2 (BTS, DUT, Licence Professionnelle).
