Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute a best-in-class new intern and graduate onboarding experience to accelerate integration and performance.
  • •Build and scale future-ready intern and graduate programs aligned to business needs, supporting talent growth and retention.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-impact Dublin/EMEA based campus and brand engagement events.
  • •Manage end-to-end merchandise and giveaway logistics to enhance candidate and employee experience and reinforce brand identity.
  • •Maintain program metrics and dashboards, collaborate with the recruitment team for seamless operations and data accuracy, and manage budgeting/supplier relationships where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in events, HR and/or program management, ideally within early careers or campus initiatives.
  • •Proven ability to design, execute, and sustain impactful campus engagement and employer branding programs.
  • •Strong project and program management skills, including planning, resourcing, execution, and performance tracking.
  • •Experience engaging diverse stakeholders and balancing competing interests to ensure program needs are met.
  • •Proficient with reporting tools and applicant tracking systems, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based platforms, plus AI-fluency.
