Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement, referrals, and local trade community outreach.
  • •Educate business owners on Moniepoint’s products and recommend solutions aligned to their operational and growth goals.
  • •Achieve and exceed monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments.
  • •Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring accurate KYC documentation and adherence to operational SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Maintain long-term merchant relationships, serve as primary point of contact for customer queries, and submit CRM-based pipeline and field performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • •2 to 4 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in banking, fintech, payment services, or fast-moving commercial environments.
  • •Proven track record meeting or exceeding targets in merchant onboarding, field sales, or client acquisition.
  • •Deep understanding of the local financial services landscape and regional trading dynamics.
  • •Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
