Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine requirements and define solutions to address complex business, process, and systems problems and improvements.
  • •Support process and policy definition, supply business rules/procedures, and communicate how rules and processes are applied.
  • •Own e-commerce management content, ensuring processes and subprocesses are properly captured, maintained, and executed.
  • •Provide user documentation and training material; run ongoing feature/requirement testing and guide team members to ensure data accuracy.
  • •Run reports as required and drive data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects; support B2B integrations and onboarding of new countries/clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
  • •Experience with business requirement gathering, use case definition, process mapping, and implementing new services/systems.
  • •Strong data and reporting capabilities, including high levels of data manipulation.
  • •Relevant certifications/memberships required, including IIBA membership, ITIL (or similar technology certification), and a Business Analysis certification preferred.
