Job Summary

Work as a seasoned business analyst liaising with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and solutions for complex business, process, and systems problems. Own e-commerce management content and support process/platform improvements, user documentation and training, feature/requirement testing, and ongoing data-oriented analysis and reporting to improve online customer experience and enable B2B integrations and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Determine requirements and define solutions to address complex business, process, and systems problems and improvements.
•Support process and policy definition, supply business rules/procedures, and communicate how rules and processes are applied.
•Own e-commerce management content, ensuring processes and subprocesses are properly captured, maintained, and executed.
•Provide user documentation and training material; run ongoing feature/requirement testing and guide team members to ensure data accuracy.
•Run reports as required and drive data-oriented analysis, adoption of technology solutions, and process improvement projects; support B2B integrations and onboarding of new countries/clients.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Seasoned experience as a Business Analyst in a technology services environment.
•Experience with business requirement gathering, use case definition, process mapping, and implementing new services/systems.
•Strong data and reporting capabilities, including high levels of data manipulation.
•Relevant certifications/memberships required, including IIBA membership, ITIL (or similar technology certification), and a Business Analysis certification preferred.
