Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and follow up with demand forecasts across multiple aggregation levels and time horizons, tracking accuracy to improve confidence.
  • •Coordinate with Raw Material and Scheduling teams to balance production and inventory plans aligned with operating strategy.
  • •Perform daily/weekly updates on demand planning tools such as the Capacity model and data tracking system.
  • •Conduct capacity simulation and analysis for two sites and coordinate capacity preparation and evaluation for peak seasons.
  • •Provide reporting and deep insights for Sales and Operations Planning meetings, manage the demand planning process, and participate in process documentation and improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • •1-3 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, logistics, or related analytical fields.
  • •Strong analytical, mathematical, and data-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
  • •Ability to design and maintain tables, formulas, graphs, queries, and macros; experience with computer systems applicable to the role (Advance Google Workspace is a plus).
  • •Good English command (Intermediate to Advanced) to work smoothly in a multinational environment.
