Key Responsibilities

•Execute test cases using both manual and automated testing techniques to ensure product quality.
•Design, develop, and maintain software systems to enhance the functionality and reliability of our products.
•Develop and maintain the test automation infrastructure and manage the QA lab environment.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues within our mission-critical cloud services, implementing proactive solutions to prevent future problems.
•Create, maintain, and monitor internal service performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 85,000 - 104,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum of four years of professional experience in a technical role.
•Strong understanding of client-server architecture and internet protocols.
•Over five years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Windows and Linux servers, plus virtualization technologies (Windows Hypervisor and VMware).
•Experience with Python scripting and automation development; hands-on Jenkins CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
