Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish unit process and process integration strategies to meet performance, cost, reliability, and yield objectives.
  • •Execute process experiments (SWRs) and model, collect, and analyze device and process yield data.
  • •Work with manufacturing to drive process and material development.
  • •Partner with design and system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing to ensure the process technologies meet objectives.
  • •Support development and ramp of next-generation process and device technologies with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • •Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA.
  • •Semiconductor device physics coursework and research experience.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
