Key Responsibilities

  • •Support escalated incidents and drive resolution for high-severity events within scope of expertise.
  • •Monitor and respond to critical alerts, including server alerts and system outages.
  • •Assess and implement complex VDI/App Delivery virtualization projects using multiple technologies.
  • •Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms.
  • •Create and maintain support documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles; follow ITIL/change management and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience.
  • •5+ years of engineering and/or support experience with x86 offerings such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
  • •Advanced experience engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS); Citrix certification preferred.
  • •3+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • •Strong knowledge of Windows networking, Active Directory, profile management, and enterprise datacenter technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, SAN/NAS).
