Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate discipline-specific drafting activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
  • •Review project scope and specifications, then translate them into drafting work packages and deliverables.
  • •Allocate drafting work to team members based on workload, competence, priorities, and project requirements.
  • •Serve as the final drafting checker, ensuring accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance before issue.
  • •Prepare and review general arrangement drawings, detailed drawings, material take-offs, 3D models, and coordinate drafting interfaces across disciplines.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma/Certificate in Engineering Drafting, Design, CAD or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • •Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in drafting/design roles within engineering, construction, marine, offshore or similar industries.
  • •Proven experience leading or coordinating drafting teams and checking engineering deliverables.
  • •Supervisory experience and team-leader experience.
  • •Relevant CAD, 3D modelling or discipline-specific design certification is preferred.
