Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with brand and sourcing teams and vendors on product industrialization through physical and virtual sampling across development stages.
  • •Ensure products meet brand standards on safety, fit, functionality, performance, quality, and cost, using risk management to prioritize work.
  • •Bridge development to production by managing handover, ensuring technical specifications are accurate and complete, and resolving pre-production risks.
  • •Independently manage pre-production and re-allocation sample approvals locally; review virtual and physical samples and update systems/forms.
  • •Manage vendor performance and continuous improvement through training, sample room assessments, and TVCP/CFT calibration protocols.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in an apparel product development/engineering role.
  • •Strong working knowledge of product development through production.
  • •Proficiency in pattern making (flat pattern and draping), apparel sizing, and pattern grading.
  • •Working knowledge of computerized pattern and product lifecycle tools (e.g., Gerber, Flex) and 3D tools (e.g., Browzwear) plus Adobe Illustrator.
  • •Ability to interpret design intent and propose alternative solutions while working independently and proactively.
