NF Retail Scale Operator

Weigh and grade incoming ferrous and non-ferrous scrap loads by operating inbound and outbound scales, directing customers for unloading, and computing ticket totals for payment. Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (H&S) standards, complete required DMV forms, and ensure accurate purchasing documentation. Support internal control responsibilities, test scales for accuracy, report malfunctions, and communicate scrap quality and acceptance procedures with customers and internal teams.
