Job Summary

Provide technical support to clients for networking technical services and systems integration. Engage with complex requirements both on-site and remotely, troubleshoot and escalate issues, and respond to escalated requests. Produce clear technical specifications, reports, proposals, and project documentation, including SOP documentation for installations and fixes. Mentor more junior implementation engineers and coordinate their activities to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Interact with clients on site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
•Escalate unresolved or complex problems to relevant third parties and respond to escalated client requests.
•Compile clear, concise technical specifications describing advantages/disadvantages of options and develop alternative backup solutions.
•Write reports and proposals and create/maintain project documentation, including documentation for standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
•Coach and mentor junior implementation engineers and technicians, coordinating their activities in line with performance targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing (or related field).
•Professional-level networking certifications across vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5) including CCNP, JNCIS, ACMP.
•Seasoned experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies such as routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
•Strong client engagement skills, including presentations and responding to client needs.
•Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, plus report writing and project management fundamentals.
