Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage investment activities for a full set of major fee revenue-producing accounts for large, sensitive high net worth personal trusts and individual portfolios.
  • •Develop, recommend, and direct execution of programs to achieve clients’ investment objectives.
  • •Analyze and plan overall investment strategy, revising as client goals change and identifying opportunities aligned with client needs.
  • •Maintain an integral client-facing presence and coordinate portfolio activity with clients, co-trustees, consultants, legal, and outside attorneys.
  • •Demonstrate mastery with new investment strategies/tools and participate in thought leadership, educational opportunities, committees, and special projects as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8–12 years of investment experience (including research) with consistent long-term investment performance meeting stated objectives.
  • •Knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting and financial principles, investment strategies/instruments, and marketplace characteristics.
  • •Demonstrated decision-making, sales, and negotiation skills to guide sensitive/complex situations to resolution.
  • •Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices.
  • •Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
