Studios Lead

Lead the Studio team across Photography, Styling, Logistics, and Studio Assistants, driving daily production targets for quality and service levels. Coach and develop the team to improve engagement, performance, and individual growth. Plan and oversee studio operations, build a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, and communicate priorities, objectives, and performance to ensure alignment across the studio.
