Create unforgettable in-store experiences as the heart of the customer journey—sharing product stories, promoting new drops, and helping the team achieve personal performance objectives. •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs’ core values.
•Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
•Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing this knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Provide schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Take a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment between backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to read and comprehend instructions on computer/register screens and input information into computer.
