Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily execution of the Kamloops operation including deployment, battery swaps, rebalancing, retrievals, inspections, and vehicle recovery.
  • •Monitor fleet health and task completion, review customer reports and 311 concerns, and address operational issues requiring local attention.
  • •Perform vehicle diagnostics and repairs while maintaining an organized repair queue to support fleet availability.
  • •Coordinate and support Operations Partners and seasonal workers, including task assignments, training, performance expectations, and deployment-quality checks.
  • •Manage local warehouse operations and inventory/asset accountability, track labor and operational metrics, and report risks, opportunities, and changing market conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant field operations, logistics, fleet management, warehousing, vehicle repair, or comparable hands-on experience.
  • •Demonstrated mechanical aptitude to diagnose and complete basic vehicle repairs.
  • •Comfort coordinating employees, contractors, or independent operators (preferred).
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong personal accountability, and ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
  • •Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory driving record, ability to regularly lift/move ~50 lbs, and must be based in or near Kamloops and legally eligible to work in Canada.
