Key Responsibilities

  • •Own execution of consumer demand generation across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals, with a focus on demand quality measured through funded accounts.
  • •Build demand programs that feed sales and advisory for high-value client segments by defining qualified prospects and measuring conversion.
  • •Partner with Sales and Commercial Ops on lead definitions, routing, scoring, and feedback loops; use pipeline and performance reviews to improve lead quality.
  • •Build and maintain reporting across the demand funnel from first touch through sign-up, funding, and retained client value, surfacing insights and recommendations.
  • •Run a testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and embed AI tools into demand gen workflows (creative/copy iteration, audience research, and campaign experimentation).

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing, with a track record of producing high-quality consumer demand across multiple channels.
  • •Hands-on paid media experience, owning budgets and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic for downstream value.
  • •Experience generating demand across distinct consumer segments, adapting messaging, channel mix, and creative for different audiences.
  • •Strong cross-functional partnering experience with Sales (lead definitions, feedback loops) and Product Marketing (messaging, campaign briefs).
