Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to preparing annual monitoring and inspection plans and submit them to the department manager.
  • •Plan and monitor monthly and campaign inspections, including field team readiness and monitoring implementation.
  • •Supervise compliance and inspection activities across buses, maritime transport, docks, schools, and tourist facilities; inspect permits, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • •Issue daily inspection reports and identify violations to users and operators according to RTA regulations; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints.
  • •Supervise implementation of approved training programs, generate weekly statistics/monthly reports, and coordinate with the Transport Bus Control Center during accidents or breakdowns.
