Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies across multiple spend categories.
  • •Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
  • •Source and partner with reliable vendors; obtain quotations and establish contracts for negotiated pricing.
  • •Monitor and forecast demand, price/market trends, and pending orders to support timely deliveries.
  • •Lead the procurement/category management team, defining capabilities and coaching on sourcing, analytics, negotiation, SRM, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of procurement and supply chain experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership/director-level role.
  • •Experience managing large procurement spend across multiple categories (Direct & Indirect) and building procurement strategies/category management frameworks.
  • •Strong sourcing and contract negotiation experience with procurement policies, governance, and controls.
  • •Experience with supplier relationship management, spend analysis, cost optimization/savings, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
