Community Banker II

Recommend deposit and lending products to existing customers and prospects under branch management supervision, expanding and deepening customer relationships through profiling. Provide exceptional customer service by accurately processing transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and resolving account issues. Maintain teller proficiency for teller transactions and support day-to-day branch operational integrity, including open/close routines and ATM balancing. Assist the bank manager as needed and mentor other bankers.
