Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in cost planning and estimating, including feasibility studies, cost plans, benchmarking, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
  • •Support procurement and tendering for CSA and MEP works, including tender documentation, evaluations, and maintaining procurement schedules and tender registers.
  • •Assist with post-contract cost management, including variations, change orders, contractor claim review, and valuation of work completed.
  • •Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates; monitor commitments and expenditure against approved budgets and support monthly reporting and reconciliation.
  • •Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors; maintain documentation and support compliance, audits, and commercial reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or commercial management roles.
  • •Experience supporting construction projects involving CSA and/or MEP works.
  • •Exposure to advanced manufacturing or mission-critical projects such as semiconductor, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects is highly advantageous.
  • •Basic understanding of pre-contract and post-contract cost management practices, plus strong analytical and numerical skills.
