Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the CDO’s strategic priorities into operational plans, owning delivery and keeping the CDO ahead of issues.
  • •Run the PS operational rhythm and reporting cadence, including scorecards, utilisation, P&L reviews, exec reporting, and an end-to-end KPI framework.
  • •Own PS financial reporting and commercial governance, including revenue/margin/utilisation, discount approval, SOW standards, and Services Sales Desk intake and governance.
  • •Lead Services 2.0 transformation: workforce distribution to RDCs/GDCs, productised services operationalisation (catalogue/SKUs/rate card), and AI/automation adoption.
  • •Digitise and improve PS delivery workflows and implement change management, ensuring adoption and measurable operating margin impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior operational leadership experience in Professional Services within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • •Proven track record running large-scale PS operations, including financial reporting, resource management, commercial governance, and operational cadence.
  • •Experience leading or executing major transformation programmes (operating model change, workforce redistribution, productisation, or digital transformation).
  • •Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership, financial modelling, pricing, and discount governance.
  • •Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic execution partner to a senior leader, with executive-level communication and cross-functional influence.
