Key Responsibilities

  • •Work customer-facing to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software imaging products to meet customer and operational needs.
  • •Support contract deliverables including training manuals, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and networking, and drive them to resolution in real time.
  • •Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup, software configuration, and pre-configuration/integration with program infrastructure.
