Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver robust project controls services and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Define and implement project controls approaches across project, programme and portfolio levels to enable effective decision making.
  • •Establish governance and assurance processes around project controls products and ensure compliance with NEC or FIDIC contract processes.
  • •Develop and manage Performance Measurement Baseline and change control across complex projects/programmes.
  • •Coach and develop client team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior professional experience applying multiple project controls disciplines (Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management or Reporting) across several projects
  • •Experience coordinating and leading a team with multi-disciplinary knowledge
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance
  • •Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., APM or PMI)
  • •Experience using project controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys) and guiding use of systems/tools (Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel)
