Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day business activities including planning, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, business metrics, and safety.
  • •Maintain inventory levels and oversee monthly cycle counting and closeout procedures.
  • •Oversee delivery personnel compliance with OSHA and GMS policies and conduct weekly/monthly safety reviews with the Safety Manager.
  • •Identify and coordinate daily activities of team members to drive productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
  • •Collaborate across departments to improve processes, set/maintain performance plans, and ensure service level requirements are met (including preparing lien releases when needed).
