Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage initiative and project workplans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ownership tracking.
  • •Run planning cycles (annual/quarterly/monthly) by consolidating inputs and ensuring planning milestones are met.
  • •Track project progress, action items, commitments, and surface delays, risks, and dependency issues.
  • •Consolidate operational and performance data to produce KPI reports, dashboards, and trend analysis for management.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings and support transformation/change management with implementation tracking and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years experience in Product Development Operations, PMO, Strategy Deployment, Project Coordination, Business Planning, or Operational Excellence.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple functions.
  • •Experience deploying KPIs or performance management.
  • •Experience in Manufacturing, Product Development, or NPI processes (preferred).
  • •Workshop/Alignment Session experience and Project Management certification or Lean/Change fundamentals are advantageous.
