Support sales performance and business-as-usual operations by ensuring accurate data and reporting to meet compliance and governance requirements. •Resolve complex queries/errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
•Analyze business performance and sales results, comparing outcomes with defined targets.
•Coordinate, plan, and implement measures, including assisting in projects.
•Support sales initiatives and customer management by acting as a liaison between the field and internal areas, maintaining management data in systems, and preparing customer reports for key meetings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
•3–5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Operations, Policy Administration, Unit Link Operations, Payment Operations, or Policy Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
•Strong understanding of Unit Link products, policy servicing processes, premium/payment operations, insurance regulations, and operational risk controls.
•Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and insurance core systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
