Job Summary

Lead the development and sustainment of the CMMS for Wood Products Canada, championing maintenance performance through the Octave Attune EAM Enterprise Asset Management platform. Serve as the North American EAM sustainment representative, manage EAM with IT, and act as the point of contact for integration issues. Build reports (Cognos), create work instructions, onboard users, standardize mill procedures, and track KPIs and condition monitoring support.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate CMMS development and sustainment using Octave Attune EAM Enterprise Asset Management.
•Represent Wood Products Canada on the North American EAM Sustainment Team and manage EAM with IT.
•Serve as the point of contact for EAM integration issues with other systems.
•Coordinate mill standards, procedures, reporting, and policies for EAM, including workflow ownership via flow charts.
•Create Cognos reports/grids, create work instructions, onboard and train systems users, and act as data steward for EAM data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 79,450 - 113,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting systems, training, documentation, and action tracking.
•Experience with MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and CMMS platforms like EAM.
•Maintenance background and/or manufacturing industry experience.
•Trade Certification and/or post secondary diploma/degree in a related field.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
