Field Supervisor/Foreperson

Oversee the daily operations of highway, heavy civil, utility, grade, and excavation crews. Coordinate job site organization by reading plans, supervising and scheduling work crews, and organizing goals, timelines, and budgets. Order supplies and materials, maintain time and materials records for daily job costing, and drive to job sites. Primarily supervisory, with occasional support for labor and heavy equipment operation if trained.
