You’ll provide warm, clear guidance, coordinate next steps, and support patients emotionally as they’re matched with the right therapist. This remote, full-time role blends patient support with care coordination and relies on empathetic communication, strong organization, and comfort learning tools like Google Workspace, EHRs, and CRMs.
