Job Summary

Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for large-scale infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain integrated master programmes, using Primavera P6 to assess contractor baselines, recovery plans, and schedule changes. Drive progress and project controls through critical path and float analysis, look-ahead plans, and delay/risk management including EOT support. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and authorities, and deliver weekly/monthly dashboards, KPIs, S-curves, and earned value reporting while mentoring planning engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and update the project master programme and integrated project schedule, including recovery and revised contractor schedules.
•Monitor progress against the approved baseline and analyze schedule performance, critical paths, float consumption, and productivity trends.
•Identify schedule delays and risks, perform delay analysis, and support Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations.
•Coordinate planning activities with the client, contractors, consultants, authorities, and utility providers across the project lifecycle.
•Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and executive dashboards (KPIs, S-curves, earned value, manpower/equipment histograms) and lead/mentor planning engineers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
•PMP or PMI-SP (or equivalent) certification is preferred.
•Minimum 15 years of planning and project controls experience, including at least 5 years as a planning manager on major infrastructure projects.
•Proven experience in roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, transportation, and urban development projects.
•Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, delay analysis, EOT assessments, and project reporting.
