Key Responsibilities

•Take numbered tags from guests, locate vehicles, deliver vehicles, and provide instructions for locating cars.
•Keep parking areas clean and orderly and maximize space usage.
•Direct motorists to parking areas/spaces using hand signals or flashlights as necessary.
•Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle/property thefts.
•Calculate parking charges, collect fees, issue ticket stubs/numbered tags, and inspect vehicles for damage.

Key Requirements

•Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient guest service; 1-year guest service experience is preferred.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
•Be able to work with constant walking and occasional sitting.
•Maintain a well-groomed appearance while working the guest/vehicle areas.
•High school diploma/GED is preferred.
