Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory management, including unloading, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • •Develop and implement SOPs and coordinate with transport, procurement, and customer service teams.
  • •Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Lead supervisors and warehouse associates, including manpower deployment, shift planning/rostering, training, and performance reviews.
  • •Ensure safety, 5S/housekeeping compliance, manage incident investigations/corrective actions, and coordinate internal/external audits with MIS reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
  • •10-12 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, including cold chain handling.
  • •Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office.
  • •Strong organizational and documentation skills for temperature-controlled environments.
  • •Familiarity with batch tracking and stock rotation methods (FIFO/FEFO) for cold chain pharmaceutical products.
