Job Summary

Own end-to-end contract performance for CSA/LTSA and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia as the primary contract representative. Manage yearly maintenance plans, financial and commercial parameters, issue resolution, and customer communication while ensuring adherence to contract specifications and technical/financial metrics. Support Sales and ITO during negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision, improving overall performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary Baker Hughes contract representative and coordinate communication across stakeholders.
•Manage CSA/LTSA and transactional projects, owning the end-to-end process and financial accountability.
•Ensure timely issue resolution, keep customers informed, and negotiate changes.
•Ensure adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
•Support Sales and ITO in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with significant experience in a contract performance manager (CPM) role or similar.

•Experience with rotating machinery.
•Be customer focused and a team player.
