Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain governed data pipelines and ingestion frameworks that power AI-enabled applications, agentic systems, analytics workflows, and enterprise reporting. Own ETL/ELT and transformation logic across ingestion through delivery, integrating enterprise data sources, enforcing schema and data quality/lineage, and implementing observability. Partner with engineering, product, analytics, security, and QA teams to deliver reliable, auditable, production-ready data for AI grounding and RAG patterns.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ingestion workflows, and transformation logic to deliver clean, governed, reliable data to AI and enterprise consumers.
•Integrate enterprise data sources (databases, APIs, event streams, file systems, and cloud services) into the Forge data ecosystem using approved patterns.
•Implement data quality checks, validation logic, schema enforcement, and lineage tracking to ensure auditable, accurate data.
•Build and maintain data models and serving structures that support AI grounding, RAG, agent memory, vector indexing, and analytics delivery.
•Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and cost across batch, streaming, and event-driven movement patterns while instrumenting observability and monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with minimum ten years of prior relevant IT experience, including cybersecurity.
•Direct experience with financial services institutions and protection-vertical data types (PII, PHI) plus legal requirements such as HIPAA.
•Ability to evaluate cyber risk of technical solutions from architectural documents and relate business requirements/risks to technical controls.
•Highly adaptable to a constantly changing business and technology environment.
•Excellent leadership, executive presentation, and communication skills to influence and resolve problems across teams.
