Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical lifecycle of assigned industrial flooring products and systems, including positioning, benchmarking, and field performance monitoring with corrective actions.
  • •Provide expert technical support for complex industrial flooring applications, including evaluating application methodologies and system compatibility.
  • •Work with R&D on product development, testing, and field validation; convert customer/market needs into development briefs and drive field trials.
  • •Support sales and business development with strategic opportunities, including consultant/customer presentations and technical inputs for specifications and project conversions.
  • •Maintain technical literature and documentation, develop case studies, and conduct technical training for sales, applicators, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent.
  • •10–15 years of relevant experience in industrial flooring.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in flooring application, installation, and industrial flooring systems using application methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting and flooring failure analysis, including understanding product chemistry and performance characteristics.
  • •Willingness to travel extensively across India.
