Over six to nine months, you’ll learn in-store and rotate through business areas with support from seasoned managers. Drive store performance with coaching and feedback, track sales metrics against targets, develop associates’ goals into action plans, and ensure an exceptional customer experience—while upholding CarMax EH&S requirements.
