Job Summary

Lead and manage a cluster’s collections function by supervising Collection Executives and coordinating with third-party recovery agencies. Own delinquency rates and recovery of overdue payments, using KPI monitoring (resolution rates, delinquency buckets) and data-driven strategy to improve portfolio health. Ensure strict adherence to collections SOPs and internal/regulatory guidelines, and deliver daily monitoring, reviews, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
