Job Summary

Own legal matters end to end for an AI platform used by thousands of organizations. Key Responsibilities

  • •Negotiate customer agreements from first call to signature, including DPAs, security and AI terms, and DORA addenda for financial services.
  • •Translate new regulations (including the AI Act, DORA, NIS2, and the Data Act) into concrete requirements for the product.
  • •Advise on employment law and handle corporate housekeeping, including owning the data protection program.
  • •Support and keep ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance current.
  • •Build and maintain the agents, playbooks, and evals behind self-serve legal tools, using feedback to improve product.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in-house at a technology company or advising one.
  • •Negotiated SaaS agreements and DPAs with enterprise counterparties.
  • •Built and shipped something (e.g., an agent, workflow, clause library, script, or template system) and can explain the impact.
  • •Strong ability to write and reason clearly, including identifying key risks that must stop a deal or feature.
  • •Fluent in German and English.
