Lead Teacher

Lead and guide a Montessori classroom for children ages 0–6 through close observation, individualized instruction, and intentional communication. Prepare an orderly, beautiful learning environment that supports independence and concentration, and provide practical life, literacy, and math lessons in small groups. Build strong relationships with children and families, collaborating with parents to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth while leading with warmth and professionalism.
