Job Summary

Support planning and execution of the D&S Canada Acquisition and Updates portfolio, major proposals, and capture activities. Build, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and, when needed, Integrated Master Plans (IMP), ensuring schedule integration across internal teams and contractors. Monitor milestones and baseline performance, analyze critical paths and variances, and support corrective actions. Maintain schedule data integrity for Earned Value Management (EVM) and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support planning and execution of the D&S Canada Acquisition and Updates portfolio, including proposals and capture activities.
•Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with program objectives, milestones, and contractual requirements.
•Ensure schedule integration across internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors using appropriate planning methodologies (e.g., rolling wave planning).
•Monitor schedule performance against baselines, track progress, identify variances, and support corrective actions.
•Perform schedule analysis (critical path and scenario/what-if) and support schedule risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations where applicable.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in program or project planning and scheduling.
•Advanced proficiency with scheduling tools, including MS Project and Planisware.
•Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and critical path/schedule analysis techniques.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
•Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required, with a bachelor’s or college degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
