Production Supervisor

Lead a production team with a focus on safety, quality, cost, time, and output. Supervise materials usage to keep production flowing, identify process improvement opportunities, and support plant programs and goals. Partner across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement while communicating objectives and initiatives to the workforce and leadership. Coach associates, manage performance, and drive targets such as units per man hour, 5S, TAKT, and cost.
