Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build framework-agnostic UI components for product teams working across multiple frontend technologies.
  • •Drive adoption of the design system across the product engineering organization and unblock migration efforts.
  • •Own end-to-end technical delivery, including scoping work, making architecture decisions, and shipping to production.
  • •Improve developer experience via build tooling, testing infrastructure, documentation, and automation.
  • •Provide cross-team technical leadership through code review, consulting, and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •At least 5 years of experience as a professional software engineer.
  • •Deep TypeScript expertise and strong opinions about type-safe, maintainable code.
  • •Significant experience with modern UI frameworks, including component architecture, reactivity, and state management (ideally across more than one framework).
  • •Deep knowledge of the web platform: Web Components, browser APIs, and the DOM.
