Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce HSSE standards through daily site visits, inspections, and monthly updates with Site Safety Committees to reduce hazards and incidents.
  • •Participate in HSSE compliance audits, identify and record hazards/gaps, and support security operations checks and readiness.
  • •Develop and supervise emergency response actions and evacuation exercises, including monthly fire safety inspections and emergency response meetings.
  • •Maintain accurate HSSE records, certifications, and equipment inventory; ensure emergency procedures and MSDS for hazardous chemicals are available and communicated.
  • •Stay current on local and federal HSE regulations, monitor third-party safety compliance via spot inspections, enforce PTW, support permits/licenses for renewals, and deliver on-site HSSE training/toolbox talks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability, or a related field.
  • •1+ year of HSSE or related security experience is preferred.
  • •Fluency in English (read/write/speak) and Arabic (read/speak).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with computer systems.
  • •Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, documentation skills, and people/conflict resolution capability.
